本文报道对心脏病各级心功能患者血浆内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)浓度及尿钠含量,试图探讨EDLS浓度变化与心功能间的关系及临床意义。对象与方法心脏病组69例(男38例,女31例),均为住院患者,年龄21~72岁(平均48岁)。其中风心病27例,冠心病24例,心肌病11例,其它心脏病7例。心功能分级(NYHA):Ⅰ级22例,Ⅱ级19例,Ⅲ级15例,Ⅳ级13例。69例均为至少4周内或
This paper reports the endocardial concentrations of plasma-derived digitalis (EDLS) and urinary sodium in patients with cardiac dysfunction at various levels of heart disease in order to explore the relationship between EDLS concentrations and cardiac function and its clinical significance. Subjects and Methods 69 cases of heart disease group (38 males and 31 females), all hospitalized patients, aged 21 to 72 years (mean 48 years). There were 27 cases of rheumatic heart disease, 24 cases of coronary heart disease, 11 cases of cardiomyopathy and 7 cases of other heart diseases.
