1.计算脉搏是用以检查身体状况及体力锻炼对身体影响的最简单方法的一种。所以在体力锻炼开始前,练习过程中,以及完了後均应计算脉搏。2.由指挥员或卫生指导员计算脉搏。首先计算过於疲惫的人,以及医生认为须特别照顾的人。学者自己亦可按指挥员的命令计算脉搏。当练习运动时,运动员应经常注意脉搏,亦是自己检查的一种方法。3.检查脉搏及判定结果,即计算桡骨动脉搏动的次数。计算脉搏方法,係使第二第三及第四手指弯曲,把握另只手前膊下部手腕处,感觉到桡骨动脉的搏动;计算脉搏时,呼吸要平静,勿抑止。
