高职“2+1”教学模式是在学校和企业两个育人环境下,由学生、企业专家、学校教师和学校管理者共同开展教学的一种模式.它强调工学紧密结合,是高职人才培养模式改革的有益尝试,却因教学质量监控有一定难度而备受诟病.本文通过对高职“2+1”教学模式所处困境的本质分析,并结合多年的实践探索,尝试构建一套涵盖三个系统的高职“2+1”模式实践教学质量监控体系,在具体实施中将内部监控与外部监控结合起来.
