柴油机油底壳为润滑油的储存室,是柴油机的一部分,国内工程机械厂家在进行发动机选型的时候,对油底壳的要求一般不够全面,发动机厂家往往根据润滑油用量大小推荐。对OP9348型油底壳开裂故障进行试验研究,测量开裂对应位置的应变、振动以及油底壳约束模态,经数据分析发现,油底壳固有频率与发动机1 800 r/min时点火激励频率接近,导致油底壳因共振而出现疲劳开裂。对发动机厂家提供的另一种结构刚度大,固有频率高的OP9351型油底壳进行对比试验。试验结果表明,OP9351型油底壳与发动机点火激励共振现象消除,该型油底壳的应力显著降低。所作研究可为解决类似故障提供方法,也可为工程机械厂家进行油底壳选型提供借鉴。
