目的:讨论国家基本药物的实施对医保患者的影响。方法:在我国实行基本药物的前后1年内我院的门诊以及住院的医保的患者的就医的平均费用、药品的平均费用、以及对心血管药物,糖尿病药物,高血压药物等临床用药的影响效果进行比较。结果:我国实行基本药物后,门诊以及住院医保的患者的每次就医的平均费用与实行基本药物前相比降低了15.58%,6.29%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。我国实行基本药物后,门诊以及住院医保的患者的每次药品的平均费与实行基本药物前相比降低了21.44%,9.93%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。我国实行基本药物后,报销的范围扩大,糖尿病药物,高血压药物、心血管药物等临床用药的使用明显增多,实施前和实施后进行比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:我国实行国家基本药物可以有效的减少医保患者的就医与药品费用,缓解了居民“看病贵”的情况。
Objectives: To discuss the impact of the implementation of national essential drugs on Medicare patients. Methods: The average cost of medical treatment, the average cost of medicines and the clinical effects on cardiovascular drugs, diabetes drugs and hypertensive drugs in outpatient clinics in our hospital and inpatient Medicare patients within 1 year before and after the implementation of essential drugs in our country Compare. Results: After the implementation of basic medicines in our country, the average cost per visit for medical treatment in outpatient and inpatient medical insurance was reduced by 15.58% and 6.29% respectively compared with that before the implementation of essential medicines. After the implementation of basic drugs in our country, the scope of reimbursement expanded. The use of clinical medicines such as diabetes drugs, hypertension drugs and cardiovascular drugs increased significantly. Before and after the implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of national essential medicines in China can effectively reduce the medical expenses and medical expenses for medical insurance patients, alleviating the situation that residents are “expensive to see a doctor.”
