目的 观察 8Hz、1 30dB次声作用于大鼠不同时间后 ,大脑皮层脂质过氧化相关指标的变化 ,以探讨次声引起脑损伤的机理。方法 将 35只II级、雄性、SD大鼠随机分为对照组和次声作用 7d、1 4d、2 1d、2 8d组五组 ,用 8Hz、1 30dB次声作用 ,每天 1次 ,每次 2h,各组于最后一次作用结束后 0 .5~ 1h内取大脑皮层 ,制成 1 0 %的组织匀浆测定GSH -Px活性、MDA含量和SOD活性的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,大鼠大脑皮层GSH -Px活性在 7d组无显著性变化 (P >0 .0 5) ,在 1 4d组、2 1d组、2 8d组有显著性升高 (P <0 .0 5) ;MDA含量在 7d组、1 4d组有显著性升高 (P<0 .0 5) ,2 1d组、2 8d组恢复至对照组水平 (P >0 .0 5) ;SOD活性有下降的趋势 ,但无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论次声作用后 ,引发大鼠大脑皮层组织的脂质过氧化 抗氧化反应 ,造成脑组织的损伤
Objective To observe the change of lipid peroxidation related indexes of cerebral cortex after different infrasound of 8Hz and 130dB, and to explore the mechanism of infrasound-induced brain injury. Methods 35 Grade II, male and SD rats were randomly divided into control group and infrasound acupuncture group for 7d, 14d, 21d and 28d groups. The rats were treated with 8Hz and 130dB infrasound once daily, 2h. The cerebral cortex was taken from 0.5 to 1 h after the last treatment in each group, and the activity of GSH-Px, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD in the tissue homogenate were determined. Results Compared with the control group, the GSH-PX activity in the cerebral cortex did not change significantly in the 7d group (P> 0.05), but significantly increased in the 14d, 21d and 28d groups (P <0.05). The content of MDA in the 7d and 14d groups was significantly increased (P <0.05), and returned to the control level in the 21d and 28d groups (P> 0.05) SOD activity decreased, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Infrasound can induce lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidative response in rat cerebral cortex, resulting in brain injury
