本文报告了３例乳头状肾细胞癌伴砂粒体形成的病理变化和砂粒体的形态特征，探讨了砂粒体的形成机制，提出了在肾细胞癌中出现砂粒体，预示此类肿瘤生长缓慢，可能与预后有关。
This paper reports the pathological changes of three papillary renal cell carcinoma with sand body formation and the morphological features of the sand body, discusses the formation mechanism of the sand body, and proposes the emergence of the sand body in the renal cell carcinoma, indicating that these tumors grow slowly, May be related to the prognosis.
