数字化时代民族文化发展理念重塑为民族文化版权产业发展带来了机遇,数字技术的发展为民族文化版权产业发展注入了生机与活力,民族文化也借助数字技术获得新的生命。数字技术拓宽了民族文化发展的视野,拓展了民族文化发展的空间,壮大了民族文化发展的消费群体,为民族文化产业与其它产业的跨界融合提供了平台与契机。要形成民族文化版权产业数字化生态产业链,必须采取加大政策扶持力度、加快制定《文化产业促进法》、加强侵权查处力度、打造民族文化版权产业数字化的特色品牌、建立民族文化版权产业数据信息服务平台等措施,从而实现民族文化版权产业与数字技术的共生共荣。
