通过真空加热沉积方法,制备了强荧光稀土配合物三(α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮基)一(9-丁基甲胺基-4,5-二氮杂芴)台铕(Ⅲ)的均匀薄膜,用X射线衍射、红外谱、X射线光电子谱、荧光光谱和透射电镜对该薄膜进行了研究。
A uniform thin film of europium (Ⅲ) with tris (α-thienyltrifluoroacetonato) (9-butylmethylamino-4,5-diazafluorene) strong fluorescent rare earth complex was prepared by vacuum deposition method. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
