目的观察综合康复护理对脊髓损伤患者的影响。方法将符合入选标准的30例脊髓损伤患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组行一般常规护理；而观察组行一般常规护理及综合康复护理(健康教育、心理康复、膀胱康复护理、日常生活能力训练等)。结果与对照组相比，治疗3月后观察组患者抑郁焦虑评分及日常生活能力不同程度改善，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论综合康复护理能减低脊髓损伤患者抑郁焦虑评分，能够提高患者日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To observe the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury, the ef ects of daily life.
