两年来,我们按照中央关于大规模培训干部,大幅度提高干部素质的总体要求,认真贯彻《干部教育培训条例》,确立了“大教育、大培训、大管理、大师资、开放式”的办学新理念,坚持科学发展观,着力推进干部教育培训制度改革,全面实现了教学手段现代化,年培训轮训规模达到上万人次,真正把党校办成了干部教育培训主渠道、主阵地。我们的主要做法是:
