《河北省环境保护公众参与条例》的实施为河北省环境保护公众参与工作提了具体要求,本文通过对国内及河北省环境保护中公众参与制度研究,发现了河北省环境保护公众参与存在的问题并提出相关建议。
The implementation of “Regulations on Public Participation in Environmental Protection in Hebei Province” put forward specific requirements for public participation in environmental protection in Hebei Province. Based on the study of public participation in environmental protection in China and Hebei Province, this paper finds out the problems of public participation in environmental protection in Hebei Province And make relevant suggestions.
