目的:观察乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合硝酸益康唑治疗阴道念珠菌病的临床治疗效果。方法:将105例阴道念珠菌病患者随机分为两组,研究组54例,用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合硝酸益康唑治疗。对照组51例,单用硝酸益康唑治疗。结果:疗程后1周,研究组有效率94.44%,对照组88.24%。复发率研究组6.25%,对照组22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗阴道念珠菌病的治疗效果好,复发率低,安全可靠。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lactobacillus live capsule and econazole nitrate in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis. Methods: 105 cases of vaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into two groups, the study group of 54 cases, with Lactobacillus live capsules and econazole nitrate treatment. The control group of 51 cases, single econazole nitrate treatment. Results: One week after treatment, the effective rate was 94.44% in the study group and 88.24% in the control group. The recurrence rate was 6.25% in the study group and 22.86% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Lactobacillus live capsule treatment of vaginal candidiasis treatment effect is good, low recurrence rate, safe and reliable.
