“和谐创业”是2004年杭州市委、市政府首提的一个新概念。2004年11月27日,省委常委、杭州市委书记王国平在总结杭州“和谐创业”模式时,称其基本内涵应是生活与创业的和谐、文化价值与经济运行的和谐、个人创业与整体发展的和谐、政府与民间的和谐、对外开放与内生创新的和谐。目前,杭州的这一创业模式已经引起国内很多城市的关注。
“Harmony Entrepreneurship” is a new concept first proposed by Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in 2004. On November 27, 2004, Wang Guoping, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial CPC Committee and Hangzhou Municipal Committee, summed up the “harmonious start-up” mode in Hangzhou, claiming that its basic connotation should be harmony between life and business, harmony between cultural values and economic operation, and personal entrepreneurship and overall Harmonious development, government and civil harmony, opening up and endogenous innovation and harmony. At present, Hangzhou’s entrepreneurial model has attracted the attention of many cities in China.
