近日发布的《河北省中医药发展“十三五”规划》提出,“十三五”期间,河北省将强化公立中医医院建设,每个设区市均建成1所三级甲等中医医院,所有县级中医医院完成基本建设任务、达到二级甲等水平;鼓励有条件的中医医疗机构到海外开办中医医院、连锁诊所和中医养生保健机构;扶持中药产品出口贸易发展,打造国家级中药出口示范基地。到2020年,实现人人享有基本中医药服务,初步建成中医药强省。
Recently released “Hebei Province, the development of Chinese medicine” “13 ” “plan ” during the “13th Five-Year ” period, Hebei Province will strengthen the construction of public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, each set up a city built a three Chinese medicine hospitals and all county-level Chinese medicine hospitals to complete basic construction tasks and achieve Grade-2 A level; to encourage qualified Chinese-medicine medical institutions to set up overseas Chinese-funded hospitals, chain clinics and Chinese medicine health care institutions; to support the development of export trade in Chinese medicine products and to create National demonstration base for the export of Chinese medicine. By 2020, we will achieve basic TCM services for all and initially build a strong province of Chinese medicine.
