测试了4 GPa压力处理前后LC4铝合金的硬度、抗压强度及在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀速率,并结合显微组织观察,探讨了4 GPa压力处理对LC4铝合金力学及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,4 GPa压力处理后LC4铝合金组织细小致密,硬度和抗压屈服强度分别为96.18 HV0.1和431.47 MPa,较处理前分别提高21.06%和62.44%,耐腐蚀性提高。
The hardness and compressive strength of LC4 aluminum alloy and the corrosion rate in 3.5% NaCl solution were tested before and after 4 GPa pressure treatment. The effects of 4 GPa pressure treatment on the mechanical and corrosion resistance of LC4 aluminum alloy were also discussed influences. The results show that after 4 GPa pressure treatment, the microstructure of LC4 aluminum alloy is fine and compact. The hardness and compressive yield strength of LC4 aluminum alloy are 96.18 HV0.1 and 431.47 MPa respectively, which are increased by 21.06% and 62.44% respectively before treatment, and the corrosion resistance is improved.
