目的:观察计算机辅助训练结合认知行为疗法对脑卒中后抑郁的影响。方法:60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均接受脑卒中常规治疗,包括药物、基本康复训练和认知行为治疗,治疗组再接受计算机辅助训练。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和改良Barthel指数对康复前和康复1个月后进行测定。结果:治疗结束后,两组两项评分均有所改善(P<0.01),说明两组抑郁情况均有改善,而治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:计算机辅助训练结合认知行为疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁改善效果优于认知行为疗法,对脑卒中后抑郁患者的恢复有积极作用。
Objective: To observe the impact of computer-assisted training and cognitive behavioral therapy on post-stroke depression. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were given conventional treatment of stroke, including drugs, basic rehabilitation and cognitive behavioral therapy. The treatment group received computer-aided training. The Hamilton Depression Inventory and the Modified Barthel Index were used to measure pre-recovery and recovery one month later. Results: After the treatment, the two scores improved in both groups (P <0.01), which showed that the depression of both groups improved, while the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Computer-assisted training combined with cognitive behavioral therapy is better than cognitive behavioral therapy in treating post-stroke depression, which has a positive effect on the recovery of patients with post-stroke depression.
