当前我国的经济属于高速发展阶段,但作为经济主要动力的建筑业却有着低效率、工程质量较差、信息化水平较低等问题。为了解决这些严重制约建筑业发展的问题,通过研究BIM全生命期视角下的精益建设价值流与信息化的相关理论,并通过BIM技术建立信息共享和信息集成平台,从而实现我国建筑业效率和信息化水平的提升。由此可见,BIM技术正是我国建筑业由低效率向高效率发展的突破点,同时也为建筑业可持续发展提供了可靠的理论依据。
At present, the economy of our country belongs to the high-speed development stage. However, the construction industry, as the main driving force of the economy, has the problems of low efficiency, poor project quality and low level of informationization. In order to solve these serious constraints on the development of the construction industry, by studying the lean construction value flow and informationalization theory from the perspective of BIM life cycle, and by BIM technology to establish information sharing and information integration platform, so as to achieve China’s construction industry efficiency and Improve the level of information. Thus, BIM technology is the breakthrough of China’s construction industry from low efficiency to high efficiency, but also provides a reliable theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
