目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿眼部畸形的价值。方法利用超声仪对1300例孕14~40周高龄产妇或产前实验室检查风疹病毒感染者的胎儿眼部结构进行超声成像。结果1 300例胎儿中发现先天性白内障2例,胎儿小眼畸形1例(合并单心室,永存动脉干,盆腔异位肾),眼距过窄12例(合并全前脑),无眼畸形1例(合并胎儿小脑下蚓部缺失,小下颌畸形),均经引产后证实。结论超声能直观显示胎儿的眼部结构,是诊断胎儿眼部畸形的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal ocular deformity. Methods Ultrasound imaging was performed on the ocular structures of 1300 fetuses with gestational age from 14 to 40 weeks and prenatal laboratory tests for rubella virus infection. Results In 1 300 fetuses, 2 cases of congenital cataract and 1 case of small ocular malformation were found (combined with single ventricle, perpetual arterial trunk and pelvic ectopic kidney), 12 cases with narrowed eyes (combined with whole forebrain), no ocular deformity 1 (with fetal cerebellar vermis loss, small mandibular deformity), confirmed by induction of labor. Conclusion Ultrasound can visually show the fetal eye structure, is the preferred method of diagnosis of fetal ocular deformity.
