职业学校的英语教学应该要满足学生在未来岗位上的实际交际需要,然而传统的英语教学缺少与职业实践的直接联系和衔接,已经不能适应当今人才培养的要求。因此,对旅游专业英语的教学进行改革,培养具有职业英语能力的服务与管理人才势在必行。本文针对目前中职旅游专业学生英语能力在工作岗位上的使用现状,探讨了如何立足旅游行业能力的需求来调整英语口语的培养方法。 English teaching in vocational schools should meet the actual communicative needs of students in future positions. However, traditional English teaching lacks the direct connection and connection with professional practice, and can no longer meet the requirements of today’s personnel training. Therefore, it is imperative to reform the teaching of tourism professional English and develop service and management talents with professional English ability. This article aims at the present status of English majors in secondary vocational education at work, and discusses how to adjust the method of training oral English based on the needs of tourism industry.
