溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种临床常见的结肠慢性炎症性疾病。病因和发病机制未明,研究认为细胞因子的失衡起着非常重要的作用。白介素-18(IL-18)是一种重要的免疫调节因子,不论是在加强机体的免疫力方面,还是在许多疾病的治疗中都具有重要的研究前景。IL-18与溃疡性结肠炎的关系日益受到重视。
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a common clinical chronic inflammatory bowel disease. Etiology and pathogenesis is unknown, studies suggest that cytokine imbalance plays a very important role. Interleukin-18 (IL-18) is an important immunomodulatory factor that plays an important research potential both in enhancing the body’s immune system and in the treatment of many diseases. The relationship between IL-18 and ulcerative colitis is receiving more and more attention.
