报道了诱抗菌和激发菌之间接种间隔期、诱抗菌的孢子浓度和接种方法3 种不同条件对油菜菌核病抗性诱导的影响。结果表明,诱抗菌和激发菌之间接种最佳间隔期为5 ~7 d;诱抗菌接种的最佳浓度为2 .3×105 个孢子/mL,且以喷雾和摩擦粘贴法效果最好。
The effects of three different conditions of inducing antibacterial and active bacteria on the interval of seeding, spore concentration of induced antibacterials and inoculation method on the resistance of sclerotinia sclerotiorum were reported. The results showed that the best interval between inoculation of induced antibacteria and challenged bacteria was from 5 to 7 days and that of inoculation with antibacterial bacteria was 2. 3 × 105 spores / mL. The best effect was spray and friction paste.
