推动农村改革发展,促进农业增效、农民增收,是改善民生的重要内容,更是实现扩内需、保增长的有效突破口。浙江省积极创新财政支农投入,提高公共财政用于农村的总量和比重,扩大公共财政向农村覆盖的领域和范围。今年,浙江省各级财政预算安排“三农”支出661亿元,以加快推进社会主义新农村建设。公共财政的阳光将更多地撒向农家田间,盎然春意在乡间阡陌跃动。
Promoting rural reform and development, promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing peasants’ incomes are important contents for improving people’s well-being and an effective breakthrough point for expanding domestic demand and ensuring economic growth. Zhejiang Province has made active efforts in innovating the financial support for agriculture to increase the total amount and proportion of public finance used in rural areas and expanding the areas and scope of public finance to cover rural areas. This year, expenditures of 66.1 billion yuan were allocated to fiscal “three-agriculture” programs at all levels in Zhejiang Province to speed up the building of a new socialist countryside. The sunshine of public finance will be scattered to the farmer’s farmland more and more, spring will flow in the rural rice terraces.
