中国石油辽河石化公司采用中国石化上海工程有限公司提供的丙烯液相本体与卧式釜气相本体组合式连续聚合工艺(简称SPG工艺)在国内首次建成了20kt/a聚丙烯(PP)装置。2003年9月5日,该项目在辽宁省盘锦市通过了由中国石油天然气股份有限公司组织的验收。该套装置经过双方共同开发、改进、完善,工艺技术成熟.成功地实现了长周期连续化生产,经过考核,基本达到设计指标。 验收委员会由中国石化、中国石油2个系统
