受国家医药管理局及中国药学会药物分析学会的委托,南京药学院和江苏分会联合举办的全国仪器分析进修班,于今年8月20日在南京药学院结束。这个进修班共分上、下两期进行。上期是在去年3月22日～6月5日;下期是在今年7月12日～8月20日。学习期间,学员们系统学习了紫外吸收光谱法、红外吸收光谱法、气相层析法、核磁共振光谱法、高效液相层析法、~(13)C 核磁共振光谱法、质谱法、药物的四谱解析、四谱联用、原子吸收光谱、薄层扫描定量分析、分析化学中的误差问题、四谱在中草药成分结构分析中的应用等方面的理论知识和实验操作技术。该班还开设了“分析化学动态及仪器分析进展”、“关于有机化合物结构的理论简介”等专题讲座。
Under the entrustment of the State Administration of Pharmacy and the Pharmaceutical Analysis Society of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the National Institute of Instrumental Analysis held jointly by the Nanjing College of Pharmacy and the Jiangsu Branch ended on August 20 this year at the Nanjing Pharmaceutical College. This refresher course is divided into two phases. The last issue was from March 22 to June 5 last year; the next issue was from July 12 to August 20 this year. During the course of the study, students learned systematically about ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, infrared absorption spectroscopy, gas chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, high performance liquid chromatography, ~(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and drug Four-spectrum analysis, four-spectrum combination, atomic absorption spectrometry, quantitative analysis of thin-layer scanning, error analysis in analytical chemistry, theoretical knowledge and experimental manipulation techniques of tetra-spectrum in the structural analysis of Chinese herbal medicine components. The class also gave lectures such as “Analysis of Chemical Dynamics and Progress of Instrumental Analysis” and “Introduction to the Theory of Organic Compound Structures”.
