从教十几载,几乎每接手一个班,我都会遇到几个“问题学生”。这些学生大都学习习惯差,学习成绩落后,长期的自卑使得他们往往表现出抑郁、多疑、偏激的性格特征,带有强烈的逆反和仇视心理。多年的教育实践使我渐渐认识到:关爱是一种巨大的改造力量。教师只有爱字当头,诚心对待问题学生,对他们动之以情、晓之以理、导之以行,才能使问题学生变自卑为自尊,变落后为上进,积极、勇敢地面
From teaching about a dozen, almost every one took a class, I will encounter a few “problem students ”. Most of these students learn poor habits, poor academic performance, long-term inferiority makes them often show depression, suspicious, extreme character, with a strong reverse and hatred of psychology. Years of educational practice led me to realize that caring is a tremendous transformation force. Teachers only take the initiative to love the word, sincerely treat the students, their affection, knowledge and practice, in order to enable students to become inferior self-esteem, change after the up, positive, brave ground
