通过黏流活化能与温度的关系分析了wMg O、wCa O/wAl2O3和wSi O2对铝钙型预熔渣液相线温度的影响,并通过熔点实验和Fact Sage热力学计算软件对研究结果进行验证,对比分析熔化温度和黏温特性的区别和联系。结果表明:铝酸钙型预熔精炼渣中,wMg O、wCa O/wAl2O3和wSi O2对黏温特性估算的液相线温度的影响比较显著,总体趋势表现为先降低后升高,其中,wMg O为4%~6%,wCa O/wAl2O3为0.8~1.0,wSi O2为6%~10%时,能显著改善熔渣的熔化性能,变化规律与理论分析一致。通过熔渣黏温特性可以较为准确地估算液相线温度,估算的液相线温度介于Fact Sage计算的液相线温度与实验测定的半球点温度之间。
The effect of wMg O, wCa O / wAl2O3 and wSi O2 on the liquidus temperature of Al-Ca pre-melt was analyzed by the relationship between activation energy and temperature of viscous flow, and the results were verified by melting point experiment and Fact Sage thermodynamic calculation software , Comparative analysis of melting temperature and viscosity characteristics of the difference and contact. The results show that wMgO, wCaO / wAl2O3 and wSiO2 have significant effects on the temperature dependence of the viscosity of the liquidus in the calcium aluminate pre-refining smelt, and the overall trend is that it first decreases and then increases, wMg O is 4% ~ 6%, wCa O / wAl 2 O 3 is 0.8 ~ 1.0, and wSi O 2 is 6% ~ 10%, the melting performance of the slag can be improved remarkably. The change rule is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The temperature of the liquidus can be accurately estimated by the viscosity-temperature characteristics of the slag. The estimated liquidus temperature is between the liquidus temperature calculated by Fact Sage and the experimentally measured hemispherical temperature.
