本文首先阐述了《国际商法》课程在国际贸易专业课程体系中所具有的地位,结合作者教学现状和体会,明确了国际贸易专业《国际商法》课程的教学目标和内容的定位,最后进一步提出了改善《国际商法》教学效果的四种教学方法,以期达到提高国际商法课程授课质量的效果。
This article first elaborates the position of “International Commercial Law” course in the international trade course system. Combining with the current situation and experience of the author teaching, this article defines the teaching objective and content of International Commercial Law course of International Trade. Finally, Improve the teaching methods of “International Commercial Law” four kinds of teaching methods, in order to achieve the effect of improving the teaching quality of international commercial law courses.
