[目的]研究紫色甘薯块根适宜的60Co-γ射线辐射剂量。[方法]以徐紫L-7和越南紫两个紫色甘薯品种块根为材料,用不同剂量60Co-γ射线(0、25、50、75、100、125和150Gy)辐射甘薯块根,调查块根的出苗率、出苗数和单苗鲜重。[结果]不同剂量辐照处理均推迟了两品种块根的出苗期,降低了两品种块根的出苗率、单个块根出苗数和单苗鲜重,品种间、辐照剂量间差异均达到显著水平。25Gy以上辐照导致两品种块根出苗期与对照相比分别推迟了2、3、5、6和12d。[结论]徐紫L-7半致死剂量(LD50)为66.73Gy,越南紫半致死剂量(LD50)为74.96Gy。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the suitable radiation dose of 60Co-γ ray for purple sweet potato root. [Method] The root tuber of radish was irradiated with 60Co-γ rays (0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150Gy) with different dosages of two purple sweetpotato tuber of Xuzi L-7 and Vietnam purple. Emergence rate, number of emergence and single seedling fresh weight. [Result] The radionuclides of two kinds of root tubers were postponed with different doses of irradiation, the seedling emergence rate of two varieties was reduced, the number of single root tuber emergence and the fresh weight of single seedling were all decreased. The differences among the three varieties reached the significant level. Irradiation above 25Gy led to the delay of 2, 3, 5, 6 and 12 days respectively in root tuber emergence of two varieties compared with the control. [Conclusion] The LD50 of Xu-Zi L-7 was 66.73Gy, while the LD50 of Vietnam was 74.96Gy.
