《布赖顿硬糖》是英国当代著名作家格雷厄姆·格林的作品之一。目前该作品在国内有两个译本。以该作品的两个汉译本为例,从传播学的角度对两个译本在归化和异化、改写和解释性等翻译策略方面进行了比较。在此基础上探讨了中国文学外译需要注意的问题。本文认为在当前中国文化走出去的战略背景下,中国文学外译要取得良好的传播效果需要注意采用合适的翻译策略、关注读者群、保留中国文化特色和加强国内学者之间的交流等几个方面。
“Brighton Hard Candy” is one of Graham Green’s works by the famous British contemporary writer. At present, the work has two translations in China. Taking the two Chinese versions of this work as an example, this paper compares the translation strategies of the two versions in the aspects of domestication, alienation, rewriting and interpreting from the perspective of communication. On this basis, this paper discusses the issues that need attention in the translation of Chinese literature.
