The bond length of 4HeD + was (0 0 97 ± 0 0 3) nm with the Coulomb explosion of 1 46 8 0 MeV 4 He + in an ultrathin linerless carbon film. The formation mechanism of 4HeD + was discussed. The 4HeD + D +3 pollution reduction, and the product 4He + + and D + high-resolution spectral measurement of particle identification methods.
