目的　总结低位前切除手法一层吻合术治疗低位直肠癌的临床经验。方法　对本院 1998～ 2 0 0 3年间采用低位前切除手法一层吻合术治疗低位直肠癌 35例资料回顾分析。结果　 35例中发生吻合口瘘 1例 ,经引流愈合 ,结肠脾曲穿孔 1例 ,经修补横结肠造口痊愈 ,局部复发 1例 ,吻合口炎 6例 ,术后半年控便功能基本恢复正常。结论　低位前切除手法吻合术对体形合适的、细胞分化程度高的直肠癌患者安全可行 ,疗效可靠 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of anastomosis of low anterior resection for the treatment of low rectal cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of low rectal cancer treated by an anastomosis of low anterior resection between 1998 and 2003 in our hospital. Results One case of anastomotic fistula occurred in 35 cases. One case was cured by drainage and the other was perforation of colon and spleen, and one case was cured by transverse transverse colostomy. Local recurrence occurred in 1 case and anastomotic stoma occurred in 6 cases. Conclusions Low anterior resection technique for anastomosis is safe and feasible for colorectal cancer patients with good shape and high degree of cell differentiation and reliable curative effect
