通过对春播祁白芷的光合特性和农艺性状研究,明确两者与根干重的关系,并为祁白芷的合理栽培提供理论依据。从苗期开始每隔25 d测定1次光合特性和农艺性状。结果表明:在苗期叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和可溶性蛋白含量以及希尔反应、Ca2+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase的活性都有增加的趋势;到叶生长盛期含量或活性都最高;进入根生长盛期含量或活性逐渐下降。除气孔导度外,光合特性指标和根干重呈负相关,但是只有光合速率和Ca2+-ATPase活性与根干重达到显著负相关。根粗、叶干重、茎干重、地上干重、根冠比与根干重呈极显著正相关。祁白芷的营养生长期分为苗期、叶生长盛期和根生长盛期。地上部与地下部之间存在着明显的竞争关系,可以通过叶面积和茎粗来判断地下的长势。
Through the study on the photosynthetic characteristics and agronomic traits of spring sowing Angelica dahurica, the relationship between them and root dry weight was clarified, and the theoretical basis was provided for the rational cultivation of Qi Baizhi. Root thickness, leaf dry weight, stem weight, dry weight, root / shoot ratio and root dry weight were extremely significant positive correlation. Qi Baizhi vegetative growth period is divided into seedling stage, leaf growth and root growth period. There is a clear competitive relationship between the aerial parts and the underground parts, and the growth of the underground can be judged by the leaf area and stem diameter.
