分布式多媒体系统面临的最大挑战是支持稳定的连续媒体流和媒体流间同步.分布式多媒体资源管理模型是保证它们的关键.本文提出了一种基于节的资源分配和管理模型.在资源分配时,它通过建立连续媒体流的线程、I/O处理、缓冲区和网络处理的平衡方程,计算保证稳定的连续媒体流所必需的资源.在资源管理时,它通过调整媒体流的速率达到媒体流间同步.本文还提出了一种实时的节资源请求方案,它能使系统资源开销最小.最后给出了在交换式100Mbps快速以太同环境下的实验结果.
The biggest challenge facing distributed multimedia systems is to support stable continuous media streaming and media streaming synchronization. Distributed multimedia resource management model is to ensure that they are the key. This paper presents a node-based resource allocation and management model. At resource allocation, it calculates the resources necessary to ensure a consistent, continuous media stream by establishing a balance equation of threads for continuous media streams, I / O processing, buffers, and network processing. In resource management, it achieves media stream synchronization by adjusting the rate of media streams. In this paper, a real-time resource request scheme is proposed, which can minimize the system resource overhead. Finally, the experimental results in the switched 100Mbps fast Ethernet environment are given.
