采用半固态-固态连续浇注流变复合法生产的铜钢复合冷却壁,兼有铜优异的导热能力和钢良好的综合力学性能,且成本降低约40%。模拟计算和初步试用结果表明,铜钢复合冷却壁可以取得与纯铜冷却壁同样的使用效果。
The use of semi-solid - solid continuous casting rheological composite production of copper composite wall cooling, both excellent thermal conductivity of copper and steel good mechanical properties, and reduce the cost of about 40%.
