描述用真空密封造型法生产钢琴弦板和减速器壳铸件的实践及现场测试。研究了真空密封造型生产铸件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及铸件表面层微观组织，同时也提出了工艺设计及“Ｖ”法生产中应注意的事项和措施，以便推广应用“Ｖ”法工艺。 Describe the practice of vacuum seal modeling and production of steel plate and gear reducer shell casting practice and field testing. The dimensional accuracy, surface roughness and surface microstructure of the castings produced by vacuum sealing were studied. At the same time, the design of process and the matters needing attention in the “V” method production were also discussed in order to popularize the “V” process.
