区域活动是幼儿园实施个别化教育的有效途径,是教师利用各种教育资源,组织幼儿进行自主选择、观察、探索的活动。科学区域是幼儿园科学教育活动的重要形式,科学区域具有巨大的潜力,可以激发幼儿探索能力。在科学区中教师投放大量的、可操作的材料供幼儿选择。本文主要探究科学区域活动中教师的观察与评价,指出教师观察与评价过程中的问题并提出建议。
Regional activities are an effective way to implement individualized education in kindergartens. Teachers use various educational resources to organize young children to independently choose, observe and explore activities. The science area is an important form of kindergarten science education activity. The science area has great potential to inspire children’s exploratory skills. Teachers in the Science District put a large amount of actionable materials for young children to choose from. This paper mainly explores the observation and evaluation of teachers in scientific regional activities, points out the problems in teacher observation and evaluation and puts forward suggestions.
