以二氧化钛为前驱体,采用纯有机均相沉积法制备不同Ag负载量的Ag/TiO_2纳米复合材料;采用XRD分析手段对纳米Ag/TiO_2复合材料进行表征,并研究了Ag/TiO_2复合材料的抗菌性能。采用菌落计数法探索载银量对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能的影响,得到最佳银负载量为2.5%,同时,表明该抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌持久性。
Titanium dioxide was used as precursor to prepare Ag / TiO 2 nanocomposites with different Ag loadings by pure Homogeneous Deposition method. XRD analysis was used to characterize the Ag / TiO 2 nanocomposites. The antibacterial activity of Ag / TiO 2 composites performance. The colony counting method was used to explore the effect of silver loading on the antibacterial activity of Escherichia coli. The optimal silver loading was 2.5%. At the same time, the antibacterial material showed good antibacterial durability.
