以魔芋胶为主要原料制得氧化魔芋胶,与卡拉胶、黄原胶复配,通过三元二次通用旋转组合设计的模型解析来得到3种胶体最优配比区域.试验结果表明,胶黏剂中各组分用量的最佳参数为:m氧化魔芋胶∶m卡拉胶∶m黄原胶=50∶40∶10,此配比制备的魔芋基木材胶黏剂为乳白色粘稠液体,粘度5870mPa.s,剪切强度5.68MPa,剥离强度6.25kN/m,透明度0.143,凝胶强度178g/cm2.
