观察干扰素治疗过程中HEVDNA量的变化。方法与结果对-组e抗原阴性HBVDNA阳性用干扰素治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者,用分枝链DNA(bDNA)信号扩增试验、聚合酶链反应及膜杂交试验检测血清中HBVDNA,其检出率分别为76.5%、100%和47.1%用bDNA信号扩增试验观察了这组患者在干扰素治疗过程中DNA含量的变化,发现82.4%的患者治疗后DNA降至低于检测水平,其中32%的患者出现反跳;61.8%的思者血清DNA含量变化与ALT反应相一致。结论bDNA信号扩增试验可定量检测病毒核酸,是考核抗病毒药物疗效的较好方法。
Observe the change of the amount of HEVDNA during interferon treatment. Methods and Results HBeAg-positive HBVDNA-positive patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with interferon were tested for HBVDNA in serum by DNA strand amplification (BDNA) signal amplification, polymerase chain reaction and membrane hybridization The rates of DNA content changes during the interferon treatment were observed by bDNA signal amplification assay in 76.5%, 100% and 47.1% of the patients, respectively. Conclusion The bDNA signal amplification assay can detect viral nucleic acid quantitatively, which is a good way to evaluate the efficacy of antiviral drugs.
