采用乙醇浸取法对金丝草中多酚进行提取并对其抗氧化性进行研究。探讨乙醇浓度、提取温度、时间和料液比对多酚提取的影响,并用正交试验进行优化。结果表明,最佳参数为乙醇浓度50%,时间为1 h,料液比1:30(g·mL-1),提取温度80℃。在此提取条件下,金丝草多酚总含量为4.14 mg·g-1,且金丝草提取物有较好清除羟基自由基的能力,提取效果好,多酚含量较高。
The extraction of polyphenols from the golden grass by ethanol extraction and its antioxidant activity were studied. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of polyphenols were investigated and optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal parameters were ethanol concentration 50%, time 1 h, material-liquid ratio 1:30 (g · mL-1) and extraction temperature 80 ℃. Under this extraction condition, the total content of polyphenols was 4.14 mg · g-1, and the extract of Juglans Scutellariae had the better ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals with good extraction and high polyphenol content.
