杭政函[2016]126号为做好暑期高温、干旱、大风等高火险天气的森林消防工作,确保全市森林安全,根据《中华人民共和国森林法》《森林防火条例》(国务院令第541号)、《浙江省森林消防条例》等有关规定,特发布林区禁火令。现就有关事项通告如下:一、禁火期为2016年8月28日至2016年9月10日。二、禁火区域为全市林地及距林地边缘100米范围内所有区域。三、禁火期内,禁止农业生产性用火、林业生产性用火、工程用火以及烧香、烧纸、燃放鞭炮、烤火、
