本文报道30例正常人及22例冠心病人和淋巴细胞内钾、钠、钙、镁含量无显著性变化(P>0.05);而淋巴细胞内钾、钠、钙含量亦无显著性变化(P>0.05),唯镁含量低于正常组,且具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果提示:(1)淋巴细胞内镁含量变化较血清镁含量变化敏感;(2)镁缺乏与冠心病成因有关。
This article reported 30 normal subjects and 22 patients with coronary heart disease and lymphocytes within the content of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium showed no significant change (P> 0.05); while lymphocytes within potassium, sodium and calcium content did not change significantly P> 0.05), magnesium content is lower than the normal group, and with significant difference (P <0.05). The results suggest that: (1) changes in lymphocytes within the magnesium content than serum magnesium content sensitive; (2) magnesium deficiency and coronary heart disease causes.
