在运动技能学习的研究中,KP反馈频率以及复杂性运动技能的研究,引起研究者的关注。在艺术体操教学训练实践中,KP反馈占着极其重要的地位,然而KP反馈频率问题未得到重视与灵活合理的运用。本研究主要采用教学情境下的实验研究法,对二种技术水平(初学者、二级运动员)的被试进行实验,探究对于不同水平学习者KP反馈频率高低对初学阶段学习效果的影响。结果表明,等级和频率的交互作用显著,对于初学者来说,高频(80%以上)反馈条件下更能促进学习成绩的提高。对于二级被试者来说,低频率(33%以下)反馈条件下更能促进学习成绩的提高。
In the study of motor skills learning, the research of KP feedback frequency and the complexity of motor skills has drawn the attention of researchers. KP feedback occupies an extremely important position in the practice of rhythmic gymnastics teaching and learning, however, the problem of KP feedback frequency has not been taken seriously and utilized flexibly and reasonably. In this study, we mainly use the experimental research method under the teaching situation to test the subjects of two skill levels (beginner and secondary athlete) to explore the effect of KP feedback frequency on the learning effect of beginners in different level learners. The results show that the interaction between level and frequency is significant, and for beginners, higher frequency (more than 80%) feedback conditions can promote the improvement of academic performance. For the second-level subjects, low frequency (under 33%) feedback is more conducive to improving academic performance.
