铁路国际联运货运收入总量占上海局货运总收入的比重较大。车站国际联运业务的稳步发展,取决于车站能否成功设立铁路海关监管点。针对当前铁路监管点现状,提出根据不同的车站发展规划,区别对待,积极设立海关监管点,促进国际联运业务发展。
The total amount of railway international intermodal freight revenue accounts for a large proportion of the total revenue of Shanghai Shipping Bureau. The steady development of the international intermodal business of a station depends on whether the station can successfully set up the railway customs supervision point. In view of the current situation of railway supervision and control points, it is proposed that different stations should be treated differently according to different development plans and customs control points should be set up to promote the development of international intermodal business.
