让CSR行为根植于组织,并使其为企业带来潜在收益,人力资源管理扮演着至关重要的角色。有些人对CSR能为企业带来收益的观点颇不以为然。但是,我们的研究表明,CSR行动是解决企业各种问题战略的一部分。它们与企业的目标一脉相承,而且它们对企业绩效表现的影响完全可以清楚度量。
Human resource management plays a crucial role in rooting CSR behavior into organizations and bringing them potential benefits to the business. Some people disagree with the view that CSR can bring benefits to the enterprise. However, our research shows that CSR action is part of a strategy to solve business problems. They are consistent with the goals of the business and their impact on the performance of the business can be measured clearly.
