针对四柱放顶煤过渡支架纵向失稳的问题,引入支架对顶板支撑力作用点位置,研究其与支架纵向稳定性的关系,同时研究了摆梁装置参数对支架纵向稳定性的影响。通过举例分析,介绍了提高四柱放顶煤过渡支架纵向稳定性的设计方法。
In order to solve the problem of longitudinal instability of four-pillar caving coal transitional support, the position of supporting point of supporting force on roof is introduced, and the relationship between the supporting points and the longitudinal stability of the support is studied. Meanwhile, the influence of the parameters of the supporting beam on the longitudinal stability of the supporting bracket is studied. Through the example analysis, the design method to improve the longitudinal stability of the four-pillar caving coal transition bracket is introduced.
