【目的】建立垂花悬铃花无性繁殖体系,为垂花悬铃花种苗扩繁提供技术支持。【方法】通过双因素交叉分组试验比较7种生根剂及浓度溶液、3种插穗直径对垂花悬铃花硬枝扦插插穗的生根率、生根量、最长根长的影响,采用单因素试验比较7种生根剂及浓度溶液对嫩枝扦插插穗生根效果的影响、5种插穗长度对嫩枝扦插插穗生根效果的影响,同时比较5种基质、施肥与否对扦插苗生长的影响。【结果】硬枝扦插,以直径为1.0~1.5 cm的插穗最好,1000 mg/L IBA溶液生根效果最好,扦插生根率达100.00%,平均生根量57.75条,最长根长9.25 cm。嫩枝扦插,以长度为6.0~7.0 cm的插穗生根效果最好,生根率100.00%,平均生根数8.83条,最长根长4.43 cm;1000 mg/L GGR-6生根效果最好,生根率为99.26%,平均生根量3.63条,最长根长2.69 cm。移栽基质以泥炭土最佳,移栽7 d后开始施肥,每10 d施一次复合肥(N∶P∶K=15∶15∶15)1600倍液能有效促进扦插苗生长。【结论】垂花悬铃花能通过硬枝扦插和嫩枝扦插快速繁育种苗。
【Objective】 To establish a clonal reproductive system of P. rhynchophylla and provide technical support for its propagation. 【Method】 The effects of seven kinds of rooting agent and its concentration solution on the rooting rate, rooting amount and longest root length of hardwood cutting cuttings of Pinus massoniana were compared by two-factor crossover test. The effects of three kinds of cuttings diameter on the root length, The effects of seven kinds of rooting agent and concentration solution on rooting of cuttings were compared. The effects of five cuttings on the rooting of cuttings were compared. The effects of five kinds of substrates on the growth of cuttings were compared. 【Result】 Hardwood cuttings with the diameter of 1.0-1.5 cm were the best cuttings. The best rooting effect was obtained with 1000 mg / L IBA solution. The cutting rate was 100.00%, the average number of rooting was 57.75, and the longest root length was 9.25 cm. The rooting rate of the cuttings with the length of 6.0-7.0 cm was the best, the rooting rate was 100.00%, the average rooting number was 8.83 and the longest root length was 4.43 cm. The rooting rate of GGR-6 at 1000 mg / L was the best, Was 99.26%, average rooting amount was 3.63, and the longest root length was 2.69 cm. The best transplanting medium was peat soil. After 7 days of transplanting, fertilization was started. Fertilizing 1600 times with compound fertilizer (N: P: K = 15:15:15) every 10 days could effectively promote the growth of cutting seedlings. 【Conclusion】 The flowers of Isodon rhynchophylla can breed seedlings rapidly by hardwood cutting and softwood cutting.
