裕生公司,是解放前我国商办跨省锰业联合体,它基于近代钢铁的发展而建立,繁荣于第一次世界大战之中,衰落于抗日战争之时,消亡于新中国成立前夕。裕生公司的盛衰消亡,是我国锰业早期发展过程的历史记录,自1916年刘代屏著文介绍以来,其后历代专家,都留下许多记载,在我国近代钢铁史上,占有十分重要的地位。
Yusheng Company was established before the liberation of China’s commercial inter-provincial association of manganese industry. It was established based on the development of modern steel industry and prospered in the First World War. When the decline took place during the Anti-Japanese War, it died on the eve of the founding of new China. The prosperity and decline of Yusheng Company is the historical record of the early development of manganese industry in our country. Since the introduction of Liu Dai-ping’s article in 1916, many generations of experts have left many records. In the modern history of China’s steel industry, they occupy a very important position.
