能源是城市发展的动力,是社会经济系统的输入端,在中国推进低碳进程中,从源头上改变能源供给,加速从“碳基能源”向“低碳能源”和“氢基能源”转变,将彻底实现城市的低碳和零碳发展。如何向节约高效、清洁环保的能源利用和开发体系转化?怎么发展新能源?投入哪些清洁能源?如何避免出现投了很多钱、搞了一堆项目后能源增量仍然依靠煤炭的前景?通过搜集整理国际国内的清洁能源发展状况,可以发现清洁能源在我国的发展任重道远。
Energy is the driving force behind urban development and the input to socio-economic systems. In promoting low-carbon progress in China, energy is changed from the source to accelerate the transition from “carbon-based energy” to “low-carbon energy” and “ Hydrogen-based energy ”change, will achieve the city’s low carbon and zero carbon development. How to save energy efficient, clean and environmentally friendly energy use and development system transformation? How to develop new energy? What clean energy investment?
